• Ensure that your content complies with local laws and does not promote or depict illegal activities.
• Avoid sharing misleading or false information that could harm others.

Privacy and Confidentiality

• Respect the privacy of others by not sharing personal information without explicit consent.
• Do not record or distribute content from Dualy without the permission of all participants involved.
• Avoid activities that could compromise the security of other users' accounts or personal data.

Prohibited Activities

• Engage in harassment, bullying, or stalking.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Exploit or abuse the Service for commercial spam, scams, or unauthorized promotions.
• Share malware, phishing links, or harmful software.

Safe Use of Technology

• Use Dualy responsibly and avoid streaming dangerous or harmful activities, such as distracted driving or unsafe stunts.
• Ensure the safety of yourself and others when using the app, especially during live streaming.

Intellectual Property

• Only share content that you own or have permission to use.
• Avoid streaming or uploading copyrighted material without proper authorization.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, report it through our in-app reporting tools or by contacting help@dualy.co. Our team will review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include warnings, content removal, or account suspension.

Enforcement of Guidelines

• Remove content that violates these guidelines.
• Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in repeated or severe violations.
• Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities if necessary.
